7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Penvaric AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Warranties

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all specific requirements unless explicitly stated in a service agreement.
